I’ve been managing a nerve pain issue in my back and Leg for several years. Having received physio therapy through the NHS with very little progress I decided to look privately for a more personalised program. I train and compete regularly in CrossFit and have been seeing Karen for a few months now. Karen is really knowledgable and understands what I put my body through and how to best help me. I had the biggest comp I’ve done to date recently and I felt better going in knowing I had Karen helping me look after my body before and afterwards. 100% recommend!!

I have been seeing Karen for a couple of month now and she has been great! Karen has a lot of knowledge and she has helped me work through my shoulder issues. As well as Karen's extensive knowledge, she is also very inspirational!
I visited Karen with excruciating pain and severe lack of mobility in my left shoulder. Karen has worked wonders over a few weeks eliminating the all my pain and giving me back mobility. I now am working on my posture, flexibility and a new career thanks to Karen. I would highly recommend MFG for anyone with pain or mobility issues.
