Went into this store on the 1st Jan this year and dealt with Mark. Ordered a sofa and paid £200 deposit and was told it would take “aprox 10 weeks”. 16 weeks later i had not heard a word so I call them and get told numerous stories about why it was delayed. Lots of back and forth, calls and emails, with MFC blaming their supplier. Excellent quality,top notch furniture, value for money ,you will not be disappointed, 1st class service , I bought an Italian leather sofa from this company it has lasted me over 20 years I have decided to buy a brand new one from The MFC sofa store don’t waste your time or money with happy homes ,or even a major furniture retailer the owner mark will give you professional,unbiased advice I would not buy my home furnishing from anywhere else Mr j d davies Posted 3/5/2025
