I hired an experienced real estate attorney from Meyer Capel law firm to assist with my farm purchase transaction. He was rude, dismissive, produced error filled contract versions, and did a horrible job guiding me thru the process. The deal he constructed did not meet my unique requirements that I detailed out for him early in the process. I had only 24 hrs to review the deal prior to the scheduled closing. After my lawyer left, I got transferred within the firm 2 more times -they even charged me for “consultations” with each new lawyer. It’s November and even after several emails, I have not heard from my newest lawyer since June. I’m requesting a refund from the day I got transferred after my first lawyer left
