Used to be such a great firm! Still waiting for my taxes to be done for 2023 on my family's trust, even though Jayne had all needed docs in March 2024. Now my taxes are late and my attorney is charging me for each time he calls and she states she is "working on it". This accounting firm has been dishonest with us. We had them on automatic payment and overpaid them about $260. They refused to refund the money to us, instead stating they would do our taxes for free the following year. We told them no, please refund our money. They refused. These were business and personal taxes. It took them so long to finish our taxes that the IRS was sending us letters with penalties. This was 6 years ago.
