They don’t provide any update even after you paid more than $900 for a license plate. When you call them they are so mean and hang up on your face. Customer service is wild and unhelpful

Wow I'm so impressed with Mexi's tax services.. very good customer service. Claudia is wonderful. Went to Amazon auto title services. They came up with a whole bunch of bs. That took 4 months.. and what them people couldn't do Claudia did in 3 days.. I want to thank you Claudia for a great job and for being a wonderful person.
