My Uncle lived there. Just died of a heat stroke. He complained about his unit being messed up. When they found him it was 100° in his apartment, the thermostat wouldn't turn off the heat, the breaker wouldn't turn off, and had to be pulled from the panel to turn off. He was dead for days with the window and blinds open, right next to the laundry facility there... Horrible place to live. Their Moberly units are the same.
