Very poor car rental experience. I had reserved and paid for a car days in advance, and they did not have the car ready for me until nearly 4 hours after the pickup time. I reserved a car for 8:30am. When I got to their office, no one was there. I called their phone number, and they said someone would come pick me up and drive me to a second office. Scammers I booked online and when I got there they told me they have no cars. No refund was issued. Took me months to get the money back
