This rental car company is a complete SCAM! Do not I repeat do not book with this company! They take advantage of tourist with Hidden Fees and false advertising on the vehicle you will receive! They only have Hyundai Tucson with garbage wheels! They will also take a $1000 deposit from you and will hide cracks in windows so you won’t see them to charge you later! Please tourist beware!!!!! This company is a scam. All sorts of hidden fee’s and policies. I booked through Expedia for a specific car and had non on their lot. Taken off the airport to be told I could not rent the car because I booked the reservation but my mom used her credit card to pay for it and she was their with us and had her ID!! They refused to add me (the reservation holder) as an additional driver and refusing re-fund of the initial $205 I paid through Expedia. HORRIBLE COMPANY! If could put zero stars I would. We were told we would be given a car that would fit our number of passengers and each bag we had declared. Instead we received a car that couldn’t even fit the number of people we needed. We bought a new BIGGER car WITH them again and they still wanted to charge us the $120 cancellation fee even though we had proof of the car we were told we’d receive. The man on the phone hung up when we asked for proof of this policy. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I recently rented a vehicle for our vacation in Cancun and accidentally left some items in the car upon return. Thanks to the assistance of Manager Manuel Alcocer, we were able to recover the missing items. He was extremely helpful and dedicated in ensuring we found our belongings. Grateful for his outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this rental service!
We rented from mex in Loreto Mexico in December, we were very unhappy with the customer service & grossly overcharging. Now they don't respond to our concerns. Will never rent from them again, DO NOT recommend this company.
