HORRIBLE COMPANY! If could put zero stars I would. We were told we would be given a car that would fit our number of passengers and each bag we had declared. Instead we received a car that couldn’t even fit the number of people we needed. We bought a new BIGGER car WITH them again and they still wanted to charge us the $120 cancellation fee even though we had proof of the car we were told we’d receive. The man on the phone hung up when we asked for proof of this policy. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I recently rented a vehicle for our vacation in Cancun and accidentally left some items in the car upon return. Thanks to the assistance of Manager Manuel Alcocer, we were able to recover the missing items. He was extremely helpful and dedicated in ensuring we found our belongings. Grateful for his outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this rental service!
We rented from mex in Loreto Mexico in December, we were very unhappy with the customer service & grossly overcharging. Now they don't respond to our concerns. Will never rent from them again, DO NOT recommend this company.
Desgraciadamente un familiar tuvo una mala experiencia con esta compañía, rentaron un carro por 4 días en Cancún y en la primera noche alguien rozó el parachoques delantero estando el vehículo estacionado, la compañía al rentar el carro les hizo contratar 2 seguros, ninguno de los dos les fue valido y ahora les hizo Erin un cargo a su tarjeta por 2,600 dlls por daños al vehículo, nunca les dieron respuestas ni regresaron el dinero, si eres extranjero NO! RENTES CON ELLOS
Worst company EVER!!!! We arrived in Vancouver, got our luggage and then went to the car rental area. Couldn’t find a kiosk for them anywhere (even though is says YVR location). We finally called the company and they said that we were 8 minutes late and they have a 30 min pickup window. They advised that they had given our car away and we would not be refunded our $500.00.
