J'ai fait l'achat de 6 chaises en février 2025. Depuis, j'ai effectué 3 demandes de garanties (pour 5 chaises), en raison de coutures qui se défont prématurément. Lors de ma dernière demande de garantie, j'ai demandé un remboursement vu le manque de qualité/durabilité. La compagnie m'offre un crédit, or aucun autre modèle de chaise correspond à mes besoins. Si vous cherchez des articles durables, je déconseille fortement.
Great experience. From the purchase to delivery, everything went well. Philippe was very helpful and not pushy sales person; he was available for all questions and if not sure, always double checked with his colleagues. We bough some chairs who came out missing the instructions on the boxes. The client service central send us the instructions the day after. I'm very satisfied with the store!
