I have recently purchased a king sized mattress, box springs, bed frame and new couch from this shop. All items arrived damaged… The only way we were able to get this store to honour their return or exchange policy was by speaking with the general manager in person with a sales director after I made the mistake of buying more furniture from them I had to arguing with a customer service agent by email because they don’t answer the phone or return voicemails here and 2 month later we are still waiting for our replacement mattr... read more
