I spent $15,000 in July of 2026 on appliances, sofa, and a mattress for my new home. First issue was that the salesman did not even look us in the eyes, even when he shook my hand at the cash, and was off to another customer. I purchased 2 appliances online, which were being delivered by this store. Online delivery was marked as arriving a week later until payment, where they offered to ship in 2 deliveries, which I accepted. The first delivery never came, and after calling them they scheduled it for 2 days later. Upon asking about the second delivery (which was an oven) at the same time, I was informed then that it would come 4 months later at the earliest.
