I bought a mattress, supposed to be a demonstrator but new and I needed it quickly. Upon its delivery I noticed that is was used with a dirty and twisted tag dated 2019. The delivery people tried to remove the tag very quickly to prevent me from learning further about the history of the mattress. The salesperson asked me to return it immediately otherwise they won't take it back. I was stuck because of the deadline; amid I was travelling. I kept it and did not use it.
