Mike is knowledgeable and patient. Great guy, did my mom's estate and I went back to do my will. His wife is a lovely woman. Made a difficult situation livable. ⚖️
Melinda is extremely rude. I called to inquire about rates to transfer my late father's estate to me and my sister. Melina didn't awknowledge his passing or say any "sorry to hear". She was short, rude, and bratty. She also couldn't give me a simple asnwer about when I could expect a call back about rates. Incredibly unhelpful, and I won't work with this firm simply becuase of that call.
