Working with the Metz law firm was a pleasure. They were very efficient and responsive to my needs regarding a residential closing. They provided assistance from start to finish, including negotiating with the seller’s attorney, advising on delays in the closing process, even dealing with loss of power due to storm. I would absolutely recommend the office. Everyone was so helpful, they took time out to answer my questions, even on weekends! They keep you in the loop throughout the process, they’re online system that sends alerts and keeps a timeline of your closing, was awesome! They were very knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the process. The office uses a notification process which shows the progression of the legal process for closing on a house and it allows you know where you are in the process. Andrew took time to answer questions and at the closing eLynda Sartorio walked us through all of the paperwork including payments to ensures we understood the fisl amounts being paid.
