Terrible experience. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Waited weeks for owner to come measure and quote. Hired, gave a deposit and never heard back from them. It’s been 2 months of countless calls and messages. Secretary says she will speak to Giovanni in evening and he will call me back. Delayed my project over 2 months and never started the work. I hired someone else and they are already working on it while I still am waiting for Metz to give me an install date…. Unprofessional and disrespectful.
Metz Kitchen & Bath is the place to go if you want great quality, expert craftsmanship, and a beautiful end result. Having great people to deal with (like Giovanni and Jean) is another benefit too. From a small job to a complete major kitchen renovation, they have been consistently top notch every step of the way. You won't be disappointed !
