Nothing wrong with the bank per say, or the people, this is simply because you cannot log into your account and send an ACH transfer to someone. So if I have to send say 3000$ to someone, I have to use paypal and pay a bunch of fees. I have never seen a bank that doesn't do that in 2026. I would never have opened an account if I knew that. My other two banks I just log in and when I have to send money to someone I just type in their bank name, routing, and account number and hit send. Great bank! Staff is always courteous and professional. 3 years there and no complaints at all here.
It's a shame they don't believe in our US Constitution and the freedoms of the First Amendment to freely record video in public!!!
