It took them a long while, but when I heard that the bank supported contactless payment methods, I was really ecstatic. However, there are a few issues: 1. I am unable to do contactless debit at a POS, only credit. 2. Having no SMS method for card activation. 3. Although the ATM now has a long-side card insert, I would appreciate the addition of contactless access.
Over decades, savings accounts, checking accounts, a mortgage, etc., etc., ad infinitum, were all managed with professionalism and courtesy. My only complaint about Metuchen Savings Bank is that I cannot award more than 5 stars.
