Training at Mette’s Institute is more than just learning massage techniques. It’s a whole other level of profound self awareness and self acceptance of who we truly are. The community is also one of a kind and it shows when you have people coming back every year to gather, some from 30 years ago
Ive completed Levels 1-7 Ka Huna Massage and just did Heartworks Lomi Lomi, ive been going back to Mettes since 2015. This is a very special, heart felt community to be a part of, I feel recharged and reconnected to my self and others every time I go. I love working and living life through the principles of Huna! This way of life really enriches my life every day.
An amazing journey of insight, love, devotion and acceptance of oneself. To top it off an abundance of knowledge in learning the art of KaHuna massage which is a wonderful journey of sharing and love. I would recommend this 5 day retreat for any inquisitive mind. Enjoy.
