Mettel - provides lack luster customer service and "unclear" service agreements. The company refuses to pay commissions on the majority of services contracted agents that represent the company. Requests for contract review and attempts at CFO meetings with channel partners is ignored. The customer service is scarce at best. My customer's calls and emails were ignored for days and then return messages in the middle of the night after regular East Coast business hours. Do not recommend.
