Dr. Ali's expertise helped me gain back my range of motion after my surgery, really glad I was referred to her. She takes your whole body into account when developing a care plan. Very easy to work with and I appreciate her knowledge base.

I came to Ali with pain in my hip. The pain was adversely affecting my daily life. She figured out that the pain originated in my lower back. After a course of treatments, exercises, my back is like new! I have no pain and it feels like I have a younger back! I am impressed with her and recommend her to treat your pain.
I took Ali's therapeutic movement classes because my body was slowing down and I was having pain in my knees and hips. I was amazed at her knowledge of how to apply subtle movement exercises that were relaxing and so effective in increasing my range of motion and flexability.
