I attended my first yoga class today and i have to say i was thoroughly impressed. Classes are in a small, remodeled home. Some of the walls have a pretty pine on them, the others are a dark shade of purple. Buddha paintings adorn the walls, Chakra flags hang from the ceiling, pretty crystal lotus lamps light the room. I had the luxury of receiving a 2-hour Thai traditional massage today at METTA Wellness Center. My tension feels all moved out and about. I love the METTA new space!
