Placed an order online. Havent heard from company. Customer service is not responsive
Excellent service. I was nervous placing an order through a company that I had never heard of before but I received the 2 nightstands that I ordered in just under 2 weeks. The price was very reasonable and Sophie helped me through the ordering process. If you are hesitant on buying something though this company don't be. They are legitimate and I will definitely be ordering more furniture from them in the future.
We ordered a chair from this company a month ago... they delivered to the wrong address, and they are not cooperating with regards to rectifying or refunding. This has been one of the disappointing online experiences we have had and I recommend no one order from them as all they can do is make excuses and blame the client... I am still awaiting their help Order # 4074 Shame on them
