Hi. Hopefully this report will be taken in serious and right people will do something about it. It could save lives unless the authorities from metro don't care about the many lives of riders being endangered because this has been happening for months every saturday morning. Metro has its ups and downs but it's a great service. I have several issues with Metro.....no public restrooms at transit centers. There are a few transit centers that are in the middle of nowhere and there are no public restrooms around. Please provide some for patrons! Also bus delays..... unless there was an accident, the bus had to make a detour, a person in a wheelchair needed extended assistance getting on/off the bus, or if the bus had a mechanic issue, buses SHOULD NOT be 10-20 minutes late! HELLO HOPE THIS WORKS NOOOOO THIS IS NOT A JOKE I I I I WAS HIT BY METRO CITY BUS TUESDAY LAST WEEK FROM BEHIND WHILE ON BICYCLE.. GOD PLEASE SOMEBODY ACKNOWLEDGE AS I E HEARD NOTHING AND METRO SUPERVISORS WONT COMMUNNICATE I CAN NOT TAKE IT ANY LONGER "A CITY BUS HITS PEDESTRIAN ON BICYCLE AND NOTHINGS DONE¿?????
