They shamelessly dismiss reports of crimes on transit that people submit to their text line. MPD should realize they signed up to deal with the type of people that pose a threat to others. If you're too scared to do the job you picked, you put all Metro riders in danger.

I've depended on Metro since becoming disabled.The drivers do nothing about the abla bodies sitting in the handicap seats.Yesterday I was asked to wait on another bus while people were asleep in the he seats.The same people that ride daily without paying.You call Metro and they don't listen or do they try to solve the problems

We had our interview today to see if we qualify for Metrolift. Won’t know if we are approved for a few weeks. The employees that we encountered today were so helpful and kind. I really appreciated the care they took. Thank you drivers and office staff it was a pleasant experience.
