Bus skipped part of the route. I called to submit a complaint, and the phone wasn't connected. I emailed a complaint, and never heard anything back. Maybe you guys will respond to some public criticism here. The drivers are inconsistent. Some will do routes different. The buses are poorly maintained, the one running route 9 has had a broken back door for weeks. The buses do not take card, as if they are from 20 years ago. The hours are terrible, like come on. While visiting The RELATIVES, I caught the MTA Waterloo. Tho it got me around better than walking , I wasn't assured where their bus stop were because they're not many bus stop standing signs , driver or dispatcher grunted stand by "the bench" at a certain location. This is not "normal" How do Waterloo Do it? Also Your work community how do they get around seems many of the second to last route runs are at 4pm. Reckless Drivers! Dangerous reckless drivers unbecoming of a company meant to haul the handicapped. Unit 123, go back to driving school in whatever country you came from. Racing traffic and cutting cars off on saturday 4/5/25.
