While visiting The RELATIVES, I caught the MTA Waterloo. Tho it got me around better than walking , I wasn't assured where their bus stop were because they're not many bus stop standing signs , driver or dispatcher grunted stand by "the bench" at a certain location. Reckless Drivers! Dangerous reckless drivers unbecoming of a company meant to haul the handicapped. Unit 123, go back to driving school in whatever country you came from. Racing traffic and cutting cars off on saturday 4/5/25.
Bus skipped part of the route. I called to submit a complaint, and the phone wasn't connected. I emailed a complaint, and never heard anything back. Maybe you guys will respond to some public criticism here. The drivers are inconsistent. Some will do routes different. The buses are poorly maintained, the one running route 9 has had a broken back door for weeks. The buses do not take card, as if they are from 20 years ago. The hours are terrible, like come on. I ride the paratransit bus and I think each and every driver is very friendly I cannot ask for a better bunch of drivers, way to go met transit your awesome
