I came to this location to pick up some items bought at auction. My appointment to pick up was at Noon, but I arrived 90 minutes early. The young lady who let me in made it clear I was too soon and should have kept to my appointed time. And I deserved that. Despite being an interruption, she still helped me out, got me the items I paid for, and got me on my way. I have nothing but thanks and gratitude for her.
