They, closed well, but I went to my bank to deposit the check right away because they said you will put this in your bank today correct? I said yes. I've been sitting at my bank for 20 minutes waiting on hold just to verify the check.
I’ve been waiting since April 2023 to receive funds from a completed deal, and despite countless attempts to get updates (over 30 emails and multiple calls), I’ve heard nothing back from anyone at this office. I suppose their services are good. Don't know, didn't get that far. When I contacted them about a FSBO sale of a house in Granger but that I lived in West Virginia, I was told they couldn't do anything or put me into their "system" until they got a check for the title search. So I sent the buyer (we're related so I trusted them) a check written out to Metropolitan Title for the cost of the title search.
