I would avoid this title company if at all possible. Communication is poor, issues popped up last minute when they knew about the issues for days and never said anything and there is no urgency to get to the closing table. If you are a buyer and the seller picks this title company, I would push back

I’ve been waiting since April 2023 to receive funds from a completed deal, and despite countless attempts to get updates (over 30 emails and multiple calls), I’ve heard nothing back from anyone at this office.
