Ive closed there several times. Always a easy process. This time I was in the building to go to family focused.

I would avoid this title company if at all possible. Communication is poor, issues popped up last minute when they knew about the issues for days and never said anything and there is no urgency to get to the closing table. If you are a buyer and the seller picks this title company, I would push back
