I’ve been with the CU since the late ‘70’s when it first opened. From a small closet to what it is today. Every time I call it’s like Cheers. Friendly, personal, helpful and they always know my name!
I’m new to the credit union and has been loving it I’m trying to get this Free grill ..
When you call, a person answers the phone. You do not get a recording to press all sorts of numbers to hopefully reach someone. Where else can you call and most of the time get ahold of the President of the Bank and the Loan Officer. Down to Earth hometown banking at its finest! They are willing to work with each individual's situation.
We have been a member for many years! They are always available to answer any questions I may have.
I signed up through my job, and got a complimentary grill utensil set with a carrying case..Very nice!
