I’ve called over 9 times in a week just to try to reach a human. I need my transcripts for my new job. This is literally the thing blocking me from having food and being homeless, yet NO ONE CAN ANSWER a SINGLE phone. What do you guys do? Why can’t you please just call people back? What on earth is wrong with this school system.
Andrew Grasty needs to dig in to the dodson elementary bus routes. My kids bus has been non-existent over 70% of the time. Someone is dropping the ball and it’s been consistent! Don’t worry though, it’s a good thing I’m a great father and make sure my kids get their breakfast and a ride to school successfully. Hello , I would like know why we are making changes to school hours? I was able to drop my child off at school and pick up everyday. Now with you all making changes I have to now be late to work every day. I also have to pay someone to pick up my child from school. I feel like this is unfair for some people who are not at home moms or a person who has there child in a private school. I feel like you all just went off a vote that was a inconvenience to folks. It’s sad how many times you have to call to try and reach someone and it’s all hours of the day. You can’t even ask important questions that need answers because you can’t get someone to answer their phone no matter the department. Truly ridiculous.
