We can’t say enough good things about Rick Woodruff! He’s guided us through several home purchases over the last 10 years, and every time the process is smooth, timely, and stress-free. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and made the entire mortgage process seamless. Communication is always excellent and we closed quickly with zero surprises. A top-notch experience from start to finish. Great people to work with. Kind and helpful. My only critique is that when I asked if refinancing is free, I was told that it was. So, it seemed a little misleading when I found out how much would be rolled over into the loan. I’m basically buying a better rate and starting right back at 30 years. There is nothing free about it. I have a better understanding now about how how everything works, and I would definitely go with metropolitan again.
Rick Woodruff is the best! We've used him multiple times now for new and refinanced mortgages and it is always such a smooth process. And he does everything he can to get us the best rates and terms. Very highly recommend!
