Attention to detail at this company is not their strengths but pride and prejudice is! Jon Calderon, before judging someone for a one letter autocorrelation from a simple message reply, double check yours because copy paste got you spelling my name wrong, and yours was a two letter grammar and punctuation mistake!
I had high hopes since reviews are great on google but worst experience I have had. I uploaded all the documents they requested. I had a phone appointment and was left on hold by Bea for 25 minutes and I hung up since I had to go to work. I texted her to please call me back when available. I called the office repeatedly and never was able to speak to her or John. Left about 4 voice mails. The receptionist said she emailed them and until this day haven't heard from them. A big waste of time literally about 4 weeks of chasing ... read more

Bea is amazing! I usually do my taxes myself and on the off chance I go to someone to do them the experience is mediocre at best. Well Mrs.Bea has completely changed that. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but her. Thank You!
