I recently took delivery of my order and wanted to acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received from David, the delivery person. David went above and beyond to get my powered sectional up and running. He also was able to fix, on-the-spot, a small issue I was having with a chair I previously purchased. I appreciate his willingness and ability to get the job done right.
This used to be a great company but that is no longer true. Metropolitan Furniture took advantage of my elderly mother and they refuse to make things right. She spent thousands of dollars and waited months to get her furniture and now they are messing with her all the while she has no bed to sleep in. Do not give your money to this company. They have to stoop very low to mess with elderly people and take advantage of their inability to fight back. If you give your money to them, you are only asking for problems. The showroom is beautiful and provides a feeling of how the furniture could look in your room. Very friendly and helpful.
