We love Dr .Gershenhorn and travel from upstate NY to see her.
Friendly staff and Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable with great communication skills!
Several things: 1. My insurance changed to United. According to United's website, the office accepted the insurance. 2. According the office, they are not in patnership with United. I didn't know that until I got there. That's totally fine if I didn't go there thinking they did. United doesn't know that either clearly, and neither does the person who is confirming appointments. 3. Very smoothly operating office.
From start to finish my experience with this office was exceptional. The staff was great and Dr. Gershenhorn was thorough and reassuring in regards to my concerns.
