Very nice warm banking experience, beautifully renovated.
I visited this banking institution today seeking a roll of quarters and was told, “you have to have an account.” I’m a traveling home infusion RN and was in desperate need of quarters to pay NYC parking meter b/c I left my debit cards home. I’m so thankful for “The Berkshire Bank” who was able to conduct business with anyone.
The number that they have for the phone is actually the fax machine. Not helpful at all
