Bad Bank. Through their association with Revolut, Metropolitan Commercial Bank is wrongfully withholding the balance in my account. Their agent says that if I want to close my account and receive a refund of the remaining balance, then first I must give them more money. So instead I filed a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau and got to watch as Metropolitan Community Bank squirmed to explain themselves to the government. And now their co-conspirator, Revolut, has suspended some US operations.
They stole $102 from me today from my cash app and posed as Apple customer care. I’m so not happy about this and will be getting to the bottom of it.
