I have been in hold for a good ten mins bs
I was hit by a Metropolitan Cab 5 years ago. It nearly killed me, and the accident resulted in lifelong disability. I hate this company with a passion and look forward to their complete demise. No apology. No outreach. Nothing. They made a choice to hire a cab driver with an extensive accident history. That decision nearly cost me my life. Shame on Zerebrook Gebru and the entire organization.
The pickup driver ripped us off my girlfriend needed to get home with 8 bags,the driver charged me $50 dollars and when I called the cab company the lady on the phone told me the cost of the ride cost $17.50.Then she hung on me.I dont recommend the metropolitan cab company to anyone. I will be filling with the B.B.B. on Monday and call 5 on your side to see if they will help me.
