checked out this past Sunday, and the valet service was top notch! I believe his name was AD Something with initials. the guy was moving nonstop, running grabbing everyone's cars and bringing them back fast. You could tell he really cared about doing a great job. Also very polite and helped with our luggage. Awesome service all around!

On the weekend of Nov 15-17, 2024, everything in my car was stolen while in the care of Metropolis Valet at The Metropolitan 9 in Cleveland, OH. First, I expect better from Marriott in who they contract with to serve their guests. Secondly, my vehicle had no signs of forced entry; therefore, my vehicle was either left unlocked by the valet, or this was an inside job. THEY STEAL! Returned from an evening out to discover my wallet was stolen from the glove box and some cash from my console. Found out the next morning after fraud alerts on my phone. Getting nowhere with calls and messages. Had to cancel cards. Do not trust them!!! Fair warning!!
