Metropolis Moving

I have moved a lot over the years and Metropolis was easily the best company I’ve ever worked with. Excellent communication ahead of the move, professional and detail-oriented the day-of, both packing and moving, and just as cheerful and thoughtful at the end of a long day as at the beginning. From start to finish this was the perfect moving experience, they seriously made a universally stressful experience almost easy.

The team at Metropolis did a fantastic job with our recent move! They made the entire process run as smoothly as possible from start to finish. This was our third time using their services, and every experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, stress-free move!

Metropolis Moving was exceptional in our move from one brownstone in Brooklyn to the next! I was anxious about the day because we had a three-month old, but they made it easy, stress-free, and seamless. The prep beforehand was thorough and honest. Day-of, Ricky, Cristian, Alan, and Steve were so friendly, upbeat, and go-with-the-flow. Nothing was out of place or damaged. Would highly recommend Metropolis for your next move.

Metropolis was terrific - couldn't recommend more. They made the move smooth, we're incredibly professional and efficient, and were also just lovely people. They were willing to go the extra mile, even beyond what we had initially scoped, which points to a level of customer care I've not seen before with moving companies. Want to specifically shout out Bryan, Jon, Darryl and Noel - who were our crew and were outstanding.
