This company is the worse they are rude and disrespectful. They don't have any empathy or compassion. If you are on your death bed they still will harass you. Do not do business with this company. Seriously. You will regret it.
My mother was told she had to pay 100 extra for collision insurance through there company she did we even have the letter but when her car was totaled the act like they didn't know about any insurance she was paying the extra $100 for.. Yet she write on her money order car payment plus insurance. Plus the car interest is to 22percent..... Crazy...
