I cannot say enough great things about this organization. My husband and I have had the best interactions with MAB. Alex, front desk greeter, was so pleasant, friendly and helpful in explaining how everything would be handled with MAB. He also has a great memory of patient’s names and just making you feel at ease with a smile. Dr. Hoffman was so thorough, easy to talk with and did a wonderful job in explaining each step of the exam. She also provided us with a 5-step plan to help with adjustments to everyday living. Dr. Hoffman is great. Knowledgeable, great bedside manner, willing to research and help. The office is awful. They charged us for a visit for broken piece of equipment. I’m not sure why they didn’t file it as a cancellation since the appointment was “zero minutes”, but the office manager went out and fussed that we had to pay $45 (and the insurance $92) - berating us over and over until we paid it. Very unprofessional, and we couldn’t even ever get the service we needed. Makes me wonder what checks and balances are there to ... read more

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was so patient and explained everything in great detail.
