I was a resident here on .multiple occasions and each time was Terrible. You have staff who sit around watching t.v or on their phones and even playing computer games on company ..computers. the worse happens after 5 p.m when administrator and staff leave this leaves nurses in charge but they fail to lead by example as they're doing same as rest of staff. They have rats and bugs. I saw a rat in my room and a bug crawl under my bed. The foods awful. They have no linen you have to wash up with paper towels. They don't clean your room or change your sheets . Medication not given till late. I've never seen a rehabilitation center like this.

My mother has been there on 3 separate occasions and her care has been excellent. The staff is very attentive to her needs and wound care. They have always made my family and myself feel welcome.

Dont go here beware.If you half a human being do not put your loved ones here! Workers here do not do there job right,I know I left after 2 days.One night nurse and one night day aid where kool tho.

My granddad stayed here for nearly 2 years and was well taken care of. Overall, the staff is friendly and understanding, even though he did not speak English. They would welcome my sister and I with open arms and strive to communicate with any issues that came up. Whenever my granddad got sick, the first thing they did was notify me and send him to the ER if something severe happened.
