It sucks I was told it would be a viable option for me so I finally took the time to set it all up and the app isn't working I was trying to verify my email with a phone call..this is very very frustrating!!

This really went downhill fast once people found out about it and they seemingly stopped charging for it. I used to use it very reliably, but then I noticed the card readers rarely worked and eventually they stopped asking for payment. Guess what, when something is free it becomes garbage. I can rarely get a ride. When I manage to get one, it’s usually an hour out. And the drivers take their SWEET time getting to you. It’s never when they estimate. I've been very happy with the service and have no complaints. It's so helpful that I can manage with one less car.

I’ve waited for 45 minutes tonight and it says the driver is only 3 minutes away. That driver continued to sit at the same place for 45 minutes. I just cancelled the ride and went with the yellow cab instead!!

We were forced by the driver Mohamed M. to listen to a tape that said other religions are wrong and Islam is the only wrong basically that was pushing a religion upon us despite all three of us passengers saying we were uncomfortable and then the driver proceeded to hand out religious pamphlets despite us saying we didn’t want them. I have a photo of the pamphlet as well, the other two passengers just chucked em in the trash soon as they got out
