I’ve waited for 45 minutes tonight and it says the driver is only 3 minutes away. That driver continued to sit at the same place for 45 minutes. I just cancelled the ride and went with the yellow cab instead!!

We were forced by the driver Mohamed M. to listen to a tape that said other religions are wrong and Islam is the only wrong basically that was pushing a religion upon us despite all three of us passengers saying we were uncomfortable and then the driver proceeded to hand out religious pamphlets despite us saying we didn’t want them. I have a photo of the pamphlet as well, the other two passengers just chucked em in the trash soon as they got out

Drivers have horrible manners and are extremely LAZY they will leave you in the wrong place or drive past you. if i can give a 0 i would

Metro Flex was a great service when it started,however the bigger they get the worst they get if I take a ride earlier in the day when it's time to return it's at least a hour out then 10 minutes before my schedule 1+hour wait thell tack on a new ride making it a longer wait I CAN'T TRUST METRO FLEX it always happens to me a wheelchair rider I get picked up first then we go way out of the way pick up another person(s) drop them off first then 11/2 later it's finally my turn to get dropped off.... Waste of tax payers money. They have to fix this app the added riders is pointless if it is delaying a simple destination arrival for a customer who is already inside the van to take an added rider someone who Is out of the way to only get dropped them off down the street from their home is ridiculous
