Its sunday july 5th 4:45 pm. I just left my bus pass on the route 10 bus. I patiently waited for the next bus which was the 12 on freshwater road. I expected that the driver would be helpful and call dispatch to at least try and help. He extremely ignorantly would not listen to what I had to say and drove off. Extremely ignorantly ( bald man) . I was very polite and I take metrobus every single day. I am very dissatisfied with the service and more with how I was treated.

Went there with a client to replace a bus card, the service representative present there was such a kind lady, understanding the predicament that was happening around the card being misplaced several times by the client. She gave us the replacement card right away and was very courteous and friendly.

The bus driver on the 2 was so very rude early this morning. I was going into work and Google maps clearly said the bus was 5 minutes early. I left on time to be there earlier. When I arrived and casually mentioned the bus was early this morning. I was met with hostility by the bus driver, saying that no, I was there late. So either, the bus driver lied, or Google maps was wrong. Either way, he was extremely rude this morning, and the Google maps issue needs to be more accurate. I'm very unhappy now this morning.

I have had awful experiences with Metrobus; however, last night was the worst. Last night, at 8:10 p.m., I got off Route 2. I wasn't even on the sidewalk when Route 2 decided to quickly move on. This caused me to be knocked down, due to the force of the Metrobus pulling away; this caused my bag of groceries to be crushed. I screamed out, which made the Metrobus stop.
