I have had awful experiences with Metrobus; however, last night was the worst. Last night, at 8:10 p.m., I got off Route 2. I wasn't even on the sidewalk when Route 2 decided to quickly move on. This caused me to be knocked down, due to the force of the Metrobus pulling away; this caused my bag of groceries to be crushed. I screamed out, which made the Metrobus stop. I just wanted to share a very positive experience I had today at the Metrobus office. Yesterday, I lost my bus pass that I had reloaded for the entire semester at the beginning of this month. I was honestly very worried and stressed about it. When I visited the office this morning, the service representative who assisted me was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful.
