This is the second rehab center my wife has been in. The first nursing center was complete horror story. At Metro West Nursing & Rehab the staff has been on top of everything. They have been most kind to my wife and myself, very attentive and concerned. My wife and other residents there seemed pleased and that makes me happy. Like they say, happy wife, happy life.
The place smells of urine. It is poorily ran and managed. Look for a better place if you really love your family. Bad things happen there. They dont report them. Have had many health violations.
Run Fast.... I repeat do not send your love one to this physicality. The halls always smell like urine and the workers are unprofessional. The staff is not concerned about the patients or their needs. There is one thing that's good about Metro West Nursing and Rehab Center, the food.
