Received a call from a woman named Jeanette who said she was willing to take my case. Once I sent over the documents requested, I never heard from her again. I sent her a few emails and text messages. No response. Don't bother wasting your time here
Did everything they told me to all to be denied help in the end due to capacity. I guess they tried.
Updated Review – MetroWest Legal Services MetroWest Legal is the only legal aid option in my area. Despite meeting eligibility requirements, I’ve been denied help—specifically by Brett from their office. At a recent court date, I watched two MetroWest attorneys actively represent multiple tenants while I had no representation.
