These guys just want money. They really don’t value their customers. All these years of telling me, we appreciate you, and now this. Shame on you, Metro water services.

1) Metro Water installed a new sewer in my driveway, in a spot all cars have to drive over. Unfortunately it is crooked (see attached image). Over time, the gravel will settle or start moving down the slight hill in my driveway and tires are more and more at risk (they do come and refill gravel every now and then, typically too much). Very poor follow-through and hiding behind 'policy' so extremely difficult to hold accountable. Make sure you document every call. We purchased a new home in February. Agent setup water in our absence. Called Metro March, spoke with representative who was very pleasant and collected our social security number and details and confirmed the account would be changed into our name. April, May June statements received to me via email and paid immediately. MY ERROR: I DID NOT NOTICE THE NAME HAD NOT CHANGED. Friday our real estate... read more
