Worst customer service imaginable; and good look trying to talk to anyone in management or a supervisor. The staff are clearly taught to gaslight and to avoid trying to problem solve any sort of issues. The amount of disrespect and bad attitude are most likely also passed down from the avoidant management team.

For the past few months or so, the start of the day, typically week days, morning hours til about lunch there is little to no water pressure. I mean not hardly enough to wash hands, flush toilets or do dishes much less shower. I called about this issue last week to ask if they were letting the water out of the hydrants, I’ve found this has been the cause in the past. These guys just want money. They really don’t value their customers. All these years of telling me, we appreciate you, and now this. Shame on you, Metro water services.
