Terrible service and never responds to emails requesting customer service. They have not terminated my service on time and continue to bill me
Customer service is okay the ladies and man I spoke with today were very professional very nice. I paid my bill at 1240pm it's now 10mins till 10 at nite and I have no water. How long really does it take to stop and turn a knob n the ground?? I can tell ya,it takes less than a minute. So if it took less than a minute to turn it off it shouldn't take ya much longer to turn it back on.
