Metro Water charges people for unused services
Shoutout Brian! I tried to leave a voicemail for the supervisor but couldn't get through. We had a crazy high water bill from a toilet that ran while myself and my roommates were gone on Thanksgiving break. I called Metro, and Brian was able to adjust the bill quickly, kindly, and competently so that it was MUCH more manageable for us. Thank you Brian and Metro Water!
If I could give this place a 0 star, I definitely would. I had a water leak at my home, and the bill went from $23.09 which is normally my monthly rate, to $108.00. Contacted them, and sent the invoice of the work request stating it was a leak and they fixed it. It should have been caught earlier on, but they missed it. Asked for them to credit me back since I can't control a leak, and they give me a credit of $5.07.
