Just had the water back flow people where I work. They cut off the water while we were doing dishes. I went outside to see what was going on asked the guy how long it would be. He didn’t say a word. I wish nothing but good things for that guy. He must have had a bad year for the last 20.

Very poor customer service. Each person I talked to was very polite, but weren't able to solve any problems. I was just told there isn't anything they can do. I left messages and emails for supervisors with no response. They have inaccurately read my meter for two months in a row. I'm left with an excessive bill (10x normal) and they don't care at all.

I just got hung up on by a customer service agent after waiting on hold for half an hour. I was able to speak 5 words before I heard a *click* and the line went dead. Customer service agent “#19” you know who you are and I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re the same “Jeff” from another review about rude staff. Honestly I’ve never been so furious. The absolute incompetence and lack of respect from the people working here is unacceptable.

Feb. 2025- Went to pay the water bill today and question a water leak from a pipe that froze and burst. Was running water from the pipe for about 7 days and didn't get found until the neighbor seen it leaking from the house because we were out of the city for a vacation. They were notified about the leak by the landlord. They said they will adjust the $1700 bill. Had to pay $33 for the adjusted bill. Boy what a help that disaster was.
