great service!! Prompt pickup and return. Great employees. Very helpful for my 80yr old mother. I would recommend them for anyone who has a loved one that needs transportation anywhere.

Rude, Dis-Honest! They were scheduled (as of last night ) for a pick up for my daughter for PT. I called for phone confirmation and was told my daughter was not on their list another company was. I called the other company and they had no record of it as of yet . The owner had Metro (when I complained) told me he had nothing to do with the change it was all "MAS" and stated he did not have to answer to me. 10 word minimum! They left us waiting for 2 1/2 hours, showed up with the wrong transport equipment and then turned around and canceled the transport entirely for my 94 1/2 yr old mother after 10 days at ******** Hospital.

Missed three Physcical therapies apts. Service never showed up and they said they would pick me up and never did. blamed it on care manager. Missed three apts. Instead of telling the truth they lied and said a car was out front then I got another call saying my apt was later.

They left my wife waiting in the cold for 2 hours, then tried to say they sent someone and she wasn't there. The woman in the lobby of the hospital also confirmed that they never showed. The manager Eric C was non apologetic and acted if my wife was lying. But when she called they said they were too busy and she was next in line. This is unacceptable and we will be taking our business elsewhere!!

Been with 12 years. The owner Adam curse me out never pick never pick me up for appointment.They used be good no more.
