Their vehicles are so dirty and beat up. I wonder how they got so damaged.? Drivers don’t seem to know the local laws or driving regulation somebody should look into that

I would give 0 stars if possible. I work at the VA hospital and today witnessed a disabled veteran in a wheel chair waiting for 4 hours in the heat for his ride to show. I stood by him as he called the company not once but twice and was told his driver was coming. Then when they finally showed it the driver had the nerve to call me a liar for calling him out on their poor service. They don't care about anyone especially our vets who fought so they could work in this country.

Was waiting outside this driver did not open the door help this little frail lady into van this driver did not close the door. He was disgusting with his lack of service. It’s not a free service and should behave as a paid business. I would never recommend this company. This driver license plate number was job3548. Thus driver should be fired for negligence & lack of customer service.
