Metro transportation sucks! They are never on time to pick up! Office people is not being professional they never answer your calls, only a few of the drivers are good but still, 0/10 definitely don’t recommend!

This company has the worst drivers in the city. I have seen their vehicles almost cause so many accidents. Today their drive started to pull out in front of me then followed me through traffic to yell at me and used a right hand turn lane to go straight through a light. Reading through these reviews this clearly is common for them. This company is going to eventually cause a major accident or kill someone.

Their vehicles are so dirty and beat up. I wonder how they got so damaged.? Drivers don’t seem to know the local laws or driving regulation somebody should look into that

I would give 0 stars if possible. I work at the VA hospital and today witnessed a disabled veteran in a wheel chair waiting for 4 hours in the heat for his ride to show. I stood by him as he called the company not once but twice and was told his driver was coming. Then when they finally showed it the driver had the nerve to call me a liar for calling him out on their poor service. They don't care about anyone especially our vets who fought so they could work in this country.
