Worse transportation company poor communication, drivers are always late, and Brandy does not do a good job of taking care of responsibilities for the clients that need rides to work, doctors appointments, and recreation activities.
Metro transportation sucks! They are never on time to pick up! Office people is not being professional they never answer your calls, only a few of the drivers are good but still, 0/10 definitely don’t recommend!
This company has the worst drivers in the city. I have seen their vehicles almost cause so many accidents. Today their drive started to pull out in front of me then followed me through traffic to yell at me and used a right hand turn lane to go straight through a light. Reading through these reviews this clearly is common for them. This company is going to eventually cause a major accident or kill someone.
So kind and generous
Their vehicles are so dirty and beat up. I wonder how they got so damaged.? Drivers don’t seem to know the local laws or driving regulation somebody should look into that
