They are disrespectful and have total disregard for speed limits. Lousy company.
Was waiting outside this driver did not open the door help this little frail lady into van this driver did not close the door. He was disgusting with his lack of service. It’s not a free service and should behave as a paid business. I would never recommend this company. This driver license plate number was job3548. Thus driver should be fired for negligence & lack of customer service.
Been riding with Metro for almost 2 yrs and had Shaafi as my driver and I enjoyed riding with him and then he went on Vacation so I thought when he came back it would be back to him again from temporary driver??? NO IT STAYED WITH TEMP DRIVER and very disappointed with being picked up at different times and rushed to get Dr appt finished in 15-20 mins or get left waiting on return ride or takes too long so I WALK HOME VERY INCONVENIENT LIKE WHY ARE RIDERS NOT TREATED THE SAME???
