This is a cool little office/shop with friendly and helpful staff. They have a wall full of paper schedules which is neat.
Metro Transit Service Center, 101 5th Street East, I went there to update my Card and pay money on it, but instead I got a very big smile, fun and laughter. The staff was great and now I think I will stop by for a weekly pick-me-up of fun and laughter. Thank you for your very friendly Service and making my day better. Charlie
Gonna ride the bus today and see how long something bad happens. 2 weeks ago it was literally 1 minute and a gun was pulled and the bus was on lockdown. Thats just the beginning
