The guy was super nice and I got my keys back. One thing to keep in mind - if you file an online case, the auto response says that they'll email you if they find your item. I had a smart tag on my keys so I knew when they made it to the lost and found office, but I never got the email even after waiting a week. When I called, I was told that some items like keys and phones are so similar that the computer that scans the cases doesn't know that your specific item has been found, and doesn't send an email to alert you. My son lost his new prescription glasses on the light rail. It was easy to file a lost and found report, follow up by phone and pick them up in person. I really appreciated that someone took the time to turn in the glasses and that King County Metro Transit has a system in place to help people retrieve lost items. The agent at the window had the exactly correct eye glasses that were lost ready to pick up when I arrived.
iPhones Pro are never recovered at this location, find my iPhone clearly said it was at this location but the staff said it was not while I was waiting two more people walked in asking for iPhones with the same issue and same answer for them Despite me showing the live location on an iPad they had the audacity to tell me it was not there Some employee is stealing iPhones Update: after 6 months iPhone appeared in Israel
