Service barely works and sucks, as much as we pay you’d think it would be worth it but no. If you can choose anywhere else, I’d do it. Ridiculous. Only reason I still currently have it, is because I’m waiting on my Starlink setup.
This company has the BEST customer service you'll ever encounter! I have had multitudes of Internet providers such as Frontier, Tmobile, Verizon etc and Metro will do whatever it takes to make you happy. We ran into some issues after install at my new address and he worked diligently with his crew to install new equipment and get it running just right. They will be a top ISP this coming year I guarantee it!
Called for first time internet with them and they came and set up internet the same day I called and they had a great deal going on! Very polite and quick service I highly recommend!
This company made getting WiFi easy! They were fast with the installation and super helpful. Wonderful customer service. 10/10 would recommend as it is rare to see fast and friendly these days
